This morning the students paid a visit to the Knox County Jail and spoke with sheriff Doug Vantlin. With over 80 employees and hundreds of inmates running this facility is no small task. We got a small glimps of what life is like inside the jail and the financials behind running it.
As nice as the brand new jail addition, I think it’s safe to say that none of us are eager to move in!😳😬
